Jesus said, a vine has been planted: In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. Note: The word ‘not’ was used 96 times throughout the 115 Sayings contained in the Gospel of Thomas. I removed the word ‘not’ 7 times (in Saying 3, 22, 40, 85 and 91). This was done because of the information contained in the true words of the Gospel of John from which the secret words were originally created from or created for. In Saying 40, I removed the word ‘not’ because it does not belong there.

Note: it [the spirit] will be pulled up by its roots: There was a man sent from God, whose name was John. The same [Abel] came for a witness, to bear witness of the Light, that all men through him might believe.^1(6-7)

Note: and be destroyed: He was not that Light, but was sent to bear witness of that Light. That was the true Light, which lighteth every man that cometh into the world.^1(8-9)

I speak that which I have seen with my Father: and ye do that which ye have seen with your father. They answered and said unto him, Abraham is our father. Note: The Sayings contained in the Gospel of Thomas have no value except for keeping the secret words which formed them in a specific order. The Synoptic Gospel writers are not only thieves but also liars because they used many of the Sayings (whole/parts) from the Gospel of Thomas as if they had value. It is the secret words which formed the Sayings that have great value but only when placed back into the Gospel of John revealing the information they were originally created from or created for. This note will be repeated every time Scriptural Parallels and Echoes are given because it is very important for you to see and know that the Synoptic Gospel writers when using the Sayings from the Gospel of Thomas have given them value which they never had.

NOTE: There are no ‘Scriptural Parallels’ found in the Gospel of John and one should be very careful of the word ‘Echoes’. Saying 40 states the following: “Jesus said, a vine has been planted without the Father and as it is not established, it will be pulled up by its roots and be destroyed.” The Scholars who worked on the Gospel of Thomas (1959 publication) have given John 15(1-10) as an Echo (compare). These verses contain the following:

● I am the true vine, and my Father is the husbandman. Every branch in me that beareth not fruit he taketh away: and ever branch that beareth fruit, he purgeth it, that it may bring forth more fruit. Now ye are clean through the word which I have spoken unto you. Abide in me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself, except it abide in the vine; no more can ye, except ye abide in me. I am the vine, ye are the branches: He that abideth in me, and I in him, the same bringeth forth much fruit: for without me ye can do nothing. If a man abide not in me, he is cast forth as a branch, and is withered; and men gather them, and cast them into the fire, and they are burned. If ye abide in me, and my words abide in you, ye shall ask what ye will, and it shall be done unto you. Herein is my Father glorified, that ye bear much fruit; so shall ye be my disciples. As the Father hath loved me, so have I loved you: continue ye in my love. If ye keep my commandments, ye shall abide in my love; even as I have kept my Father’s commandments, and abide in his love.

Now it should be obvious that the only thing Saying 40 and John 15(1-10) have in common are the words vine and Father. The Scriptural Parallel found in the Gospel of Matthew - 15(13) is important: “But he answered and said, Every plant, which my heavenly Father hath not planted, shall be rooted up.” The Synoptic Gospel writers used many of the Sayings (whole/parts) from the Gospel of Thomas when creating their Gospels but they were not aware of the fact that the Gospel of Thomas was created from the Gospel of John. If a Scholars writes that a scriptural parallel exists in the Gospel of John, he is referring to an echo which is of no value.

The first thief and liar - Mark 3(27-35) - The first false gospel

No man can enter into a strong man’s house, and spoil his goods, except he will first bind the strong man; and then he will spoil his house [taken from Thomas Saying 35(20-23) Part 2 of Chapter 1]. Verily I say unto you [always “Verily, verily, I (Father and Mother) say unto you,” according to the Gospel of John], All sins shall be forgiven unto the sons of men, and blasphemies wherewith soever they shall blaspheme: But he that shall blaspheme against the Holy Ghost hath never forgiveness, but is in danger of eternal damnation: Because they said, He hath an unclean spirit [taken from Thomas Saying 44(26-31) Part 3 of Chapter 5]. There came then his brethren and his mother, and, standing without, sent unto him, calling him. And the multitude sat about him, and they said unto him, Behold, thy mother and thy brethren without seek for thee. And he answered them, saying, Who is my mother, or my brethren? The second thief and liar - Matthew 12(28-35) - The second false gospel

Note: His [Moses’] disciples said: Then said they unto him [John], Who art thou?^1(22t) + when wilt thou be revealed to us: that we may give an answer to them [the Pharisees] that sent us. What sayest thou of thyself? He said, I am the voice of one crying in the wilderness, Make straight the way of the Lord, as said the prophet Esaias.^1(22b-23) + and when will we see thee: And they which were sent were of the Pharisees [Moses’ disciples].¹⁽²⁴⁾

● John 9(26-34): Then said they to him again, What did he to thee? how opened he thine eyes? He answered them, I have told you [the Pharisees] already, and ye did not hear: wherefore would ye hear it again? will ye also be his disciples? Then they reviled him, and said, Thou art his [Jesus’] disciple; but we are Moses’ disciples. We know that God spake unto Moses: as for this fellow, we know not from whence he is. The man answered and said unto them, Why herein is a marvellous thing, that ye know not from whence he is, and yet he hath opened mine eyes. Now we know that God heareth not sinners: but if any man be a worshipper of God, and doeth his will, him he heareth. Since the world began was it not heard that any man opened the eyes of one that was born blind. If this man were not of God, he could do nothing. They answered and said unto him, Thou wast altogether born in sins, and dost thou teach us? And they cast him out.

● John 3(25-28): Then there arose a question between some of John’s disciples and the Jews [Moses’ disciples] about purifying. And they came unto John, and said unto him, Rabbi, he that was with thee beyond Jordan, to whom thou barest witness, behold, the same baptizeth, and all men come to him. John answered and said, A man can receive nothing, except it be given him from heaven. Ye yourselves bear me witness, that I said, I am not the Christ, but that I am sent before him.

● John 5(45-47): Do not think that I [Mother] will accuse you to the Father: there is one [Nicodemus] that accuseth you [the Pharisees/the Jews], even Moses, in whom ye trust. For had ye believed Moses, ye would have believed me [Jesus]: for he wrote of me [Eve]. But if ye believe not his writings [Nicodemus’ the same Moses/Isaiah], how shall ye believe my words [Jesus/Eve the Mother/Son]?

And the LORD [Lord Adam the Father] said unto Cain, Where is Abel thy brother? And he said, I know not [Cain - the liar]: Am I my brother’s keeper? And he [Lord Eve the Mother] said, What hast thou done? The voice [the spirit] of thy brother’s blood [life] crieth unto me from the ground. And now art thou cursed from the earth, which hath opened her mouth to receive thy brother’s blood from thy hand;

Note: Jesus said: And they asked him, and said unto him, Why baptizest thou then [Jesus said], if thou be not that Christ, nor Elias, neither that prophet?¹⁽²⁵⁾

● John 1(32-34): And John bare record, saying, I saw the Spirit descending from heaven like a dove, and it abode upon him. And I [John] knew him [Jesus] not: but he [the LORD] that sent me [Aaron] to baptize with water, the same [Adam] said unto me [Abel], Upon whom thou shalt see the Spirit descending, and remaining on him, the same [Eve] is he [Jesus] which baptizeth with the Holy Ghost. And I [John the same Abel/Aaron] saw, and bare record that this [Jesus/Eve] is the Son of God.

● Thomas 46(6) Part 7 of Chapter 8: Jesus said, from Adam: Then said the Jews unto him, Now we know that thou hast a devil. Abraham is dead, and the prophets; and thou sayest, If a man keep my saying, he shall never taste of death.⁸⁽⁵²⁾

Note: when you take off your clothing without being ashamed: John answered them, saying, I baptize with water: but there standeth one [Nicodemus] among you [the Pharisees], whom ye know not [Nicodemus the same Noah/Moses]; He [Noah] it is, who coming after me [Abel] is preferred before me [John], whose [Moses’] shoe's latchet I [Aaron] am not worthy to unloose.^1(26-27)

● Exodus 3(3-6): And Moses said, I will now turn aside, and see this great sight, why the bush is not burnt. And when the LORD saw that he turned aside to see, God called unto him out of the midst of the bush, and said, Moses, Moses. And he said, Here am I. And he said, Draw not nigh hither: put off thy shoes from off thy feet, for the place whereon thou standest is holy ground. Moreover he said, I am the God of thy father, the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob. And Moses hid his face; for he was afraid to look upon God.

● Exodus 32(19-25): And it came to pass, as soon as he came nigh unto the camp, that he saw the calf, and the dancing: and Moses' anger waxed hot, and he cast the tables out of his hands, and brake them beneath the mount. And he took the calf which they had made, and burnt it in the fire, and ground it to powder, and strawed it upon the water, and made the children of Israel drink of it. And Moses said unto Aaron [Abel/Aaron the same John], What did this people unto thee, that thou hast brought so great a sin upon them? And Aaron said, Let not the anger of my lord wax hot: thou knowest the people, that they are set on mischief. For they said unto me, Make us gods, which shall go before us: for as for this Moses [Noah/Moses/Isaiah the same Nicodemus], the man that brought us up out of the land of Egypt, we wot not what is become of him. And I said unto them, Whosoever hath any gold, let them break it off. So they gave it me: then I cast it into the fire, and there came out this calf. And when Moses saw that the people were naked; (for Aaron had made them naked unto their shame among their enemies:)

● John 1(14-15): And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth. John bare witness of him, and cried, saying, This was he of whom I spake, He that cometh after me is preferred before me: for he was before me.

● John 1(29-30): The next day John seeth Jesus coming unto him, and saith, Behold the Lamb of God, which taketh away the sin of the world. This is he of whom I said, After me cometh a man which is preferred before me: for he was before me.

● John 1(26-27): John answered them [Jesus is not present], saying, I baptize with water: but there standeth one [Nicodemus] among you [the Pharisees], whom ye know not [Nicodemus the same Noah/Moses]; He [Noah] it is, who coming after me [Abel] is preferred before me [John - he does not say "for he was before me"], whose [Moses’] shoe's latchet I [Aaron] am not worthy to unloose.

Note: and take them: These things were done in Bethabara beyond Jordan, where John was baptizing.¹⁽²⁸⁾

● Numbers 32(1-5): Now the children of Reuben and the children of Gad had a very great multitude of cattle: and when they saw the land [good earth] of Jazer, and the land [good earth] of Gilead, that, behold, the place was a place for cattle; The children of Gad and the children of Reuben came and spake unto Moses, and to Eleazar the priest, and unto the princes of the congregation, saying, Ataroth, and Dibon, and Jazer, and Nimrah, and Heshbon, and Elealeh, and Shebam, and Nebo, and Beon, Even the country which the LORD smote before the congregation of Israel, is a land for cattle, and thy servants have cattle: Wherefore, said they, if we have found grace in thy sight, let this land be given unto thy servants for a possession, and bring us not over Jordan.

● Numbers 32(28-33): So concerning them Moses commanded Eleazar the priest, and Joshua the son of Nun, and the chief fathers of the tribes of the children of Israel: And Moses said unto them, If the children of Gad and the children of Reuben will pass with you over Jordan, every man armed to battle, before the LORD, and the land shall be subdued before you; then ye shall give them the land of Gilead for a possession: But if they will not pass over with you armed, they shall have possessions among you in the land of Canaan. And the children of Gad and the children of Reuben answered, saying, As the LORD hath said unto thy servants, so will we do. We will pass over armed before the LORD into the land of Canaan, that the possession of our inheritance on this side Jordan may be our’s. And Moses gave unto them, even to the children of Gad, and to the children of Reuben, and unto half the tribe of Manasseh the son of Joseph, the kingdom of Sihon king of the Amorites, and the kingdom of Og king of Bashan, the land, with the cities thereof in the coasts, even the cities of the country round about.

Note: and put them under your feet: The next day John seeth Jesus coming unto him, and saith, Behold the Lamb of God, which taketh away the sin of the world.¹⁽²⁹⁾

● Psalm 110(1): The LORD [Lord Adam - the Father] said unto my Lord [Lord Eve - the Mother], Sit thou at my right hand, until I make thine enemies thy footstool.

● John 5(26-27): For as the Father hath life in himself; so hath he given to the Son to have life in himself; And hath given him authority to execute judgment also, because he is the Son of man.

● Isaiah 43(25): I [Father], even I [Mother], am he that blotteth out thy transgressions for mine own sake, and will not remember thy sins.

● John 8(33-36): They answered him, We be Abraham’s seed, and were never in bondage to any man: how sayest thou, Ye shall be made free? Jesus answered them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Whosoever committeth sin is the servant of sin. And the servant abideth not in the house for ever: but the Son abideth ever. If the Son therefore shall make you free, ye shall be free indeed.

Unto the woman he said, I will greatly multiply thy sorrow and thy conception, in sorrow thou shalt bring forth children; and thy desire shall be to thy husband, and he shall rule over thee.

● Exodus 32(30-35): And it came to pass on the morrow, that Moses said unto the people, Ye have sinned a great sin: and now I will go up unto the LORD; peradventure I shall make an atonement for your sin. And Moses returned unto the LORD, and said, Oh, this people have sinned a great sin, and have made them gods of gold. Yet now, if thou wilt forgive their sin–; and if not, blot me, I pray thee, out of thy book which thou hast written. And the LORD said unto Moses, Whosoever hath sinned against me, him will I blot out of my book. Therefore now go, lead the people unto the place of which I have spoken unto thee: behold, mine Angel shall go before thee: nevertheless in the day when I visit I will visit their sin upon them. And the LORD plagued the people, because they made the calf, which Aaron made.

Jesus said unto them, If ye were blind, ye should have no sin: but now ye say, We see; therefore your sin remaineth.

● John 15(18-27): If the world hate you, ye know that it hated me before it hated you. If ye were of the world, the world would love his own: but because ye are not of the world, but I have chosen you out of the world, therefore the world hateth you. Remember the word that I said unto you, The servant is not greater than his lord. If they have persecuted me, they will also persecute you; if they have kept my saying, they will keep your’s also. But all these things will they do unto you for my name’s sake, because they know not him that sent me. If I had not come and spoken unto them, they had not had sin: but now they have no cloke for their sin. He that hateth me hateth my Father also. If I had not done among them the works which none other man did, they had not had sin: but now have they both seen and hated both me and my Father. But this cometh to pass, that the word might be fulfilled that is written in their law, They hated me without a cause. But when the Comforter is come, whom I will send unto you from the Father, even the Spirit of truth, which proceedeth from the Father, he shall testify of me: And ye also shall bear witness, because ye have been with me from the beginning.

Note: as a little child: This is he of whom I [John the same Abel/Aaron] said, After me [John - born of woman] cometh a man [Jesus - born of woman] which is preferred before me: for he [Lord Eve - the Mother of all living - not born of woman] was before me [Abel - born of woman - as a little child].¹⁽³⁰⁾

● Isaiah 8(16-20): Bind up the testimony, seal the law among my disciples. And I will wait upon the LORD, that hideth his face from the house of Jacob, and I will look for him. Behold, I and the children whom the LORD hath given me are for signs and for wonders in Israel from the LORD of hosts, which dwelleth in mount Zion. And when they shall say unto you, Seek unto them that have familiar spirits, and unto wizards that peep, and that mutter: should not a people seek unto their God? for the living to the dead? To the law and to the testimony: if they speak not according to this word, it is because there is no light in them.

● Deuteronomy 18(15-22): The LORD thy God will raise up unto thee a Prophet from the midst of thee, of thy brethren, like unto me; unto him ye shall hearken; According to all that thou desiredst of the LORD thy God in Horeb in the day of the assembly, saying, Let me not hear again the voice of the LORD my God, neither let me see this great fire any more, that I die not. And the LORD said unto me [Moses], They have well spoken that which they have spoken. I will raise them up a Prophet [Jesus - circumcised] from among their brethren [the children of Israel - circumcised], like unto thee [Moses - circumcised], and will put my words in his mouth; and he shall speak unto them all that I shall command him. And it shall come to pass, that whosoever will not hearken unto my words which he shall speak in my name [Lord Adam], I will require it of him. But the prophet, which shall presume to speak a word in my name, which I have not commanded him to speak, or that shall speak in the name of other gods, even that prophet shall die. And if thou say in thine heart, How shall we know the word which the LORD hath not spoken? When a prophet speaketh in the name of the LORD, if the thing follow not, nor come to pass, that is the thing which the LORD hath not spoken, but the prophet hath spoken it presumptiously: thou shalt not be afraid of him.

And he said, Behold, I make a covenant: before all thy people I will do marvels, such as have not been done in all the earth, nor in any nation: and all the people among which thou [Moses/Nicodemus] art shall see the work of the LORD: for it is a terrible thing [cross/crucifixion] that I [Father] will do with thee [Mother/Son - Lord Jesus/Eve].

● Isaiah 63(1-6): Who is this that cometh from Edom, with dyed garments from Bozrah? this that is glorious in his apparel, travelling in the greatness of his strength? I have trodden the winepress alone; and of the people there was none with me: for I will tread them in mine anger, and trample them in my fury; and their blood shall be sprinkled upon my garments, and I will stain all my raiment. For the day of vengeance is in mine heart, and the year of my redeemed is come. And I looked, and there was none to help; and I wondered that there was none to uphold: therefore mine own arm brought salvation unto me; and my fury, it upheld me. And I will tread down the people in mine anger, and make them drunk in my fury, and I will bring down their strength to the earth.

Ye sent unto John, and he bare witness unto the truth.^5(32-33) + and the outer [John] as the inner [Abel/Aaron]: But I receive not testimony from man [John]: but these things I say, that ye might be saved. He [Aaron] was a burning and a shining light: and ye were willing for a season to rejoice in his light.^5(34-35) + and the above as the below: But I have greater witness than that of John [Abel/Aaron/John]: for the works which the Father hath given me to finish, the same works that I do, bear witness of me, that the Father hath sent me.⁵⁽³⁶⁾

● John 6(57-58): As the living Father hath sent me, and I live by the Father: so he that eateth me, even he shall live by me. This is that bread which came down from heaven: not as your fathers did eat manna, and are dead: he that eateth of this bread shall live for ever.

● John 8(41-42): Ye do the deeds of your father. Then said they to him, We be not born of fornication; we have one Father, even God. Jesus said unto them, If God were your Father, ye would love me: for I proceeded forth and came from God; neither came I of myself, but he sent me.

● John 10(24-30): Then came the Jews round about him, and said unto him, How long dost thou make us to doubt? If thou be the Christ, tell us plainly. Jesus answered them, I told you, and ye believed not: the works that I do in my Father’s name, they bear witness of me. But ye believe not, because ye are not of my sheep, as I said unto you. My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me: And I give unto them eternal life; and they shall never perish, neither shall any man pluck them out of my hand. My Father, which gave them me, is greater than all; and no man is able to pluck them out of my Father’s hand. I and my Father are one.

● Deuteronomy 5(26): For who is there of all flesh, that hath heard the voice of the living God speaking out of the midst of the fire, as we have, and lived?

Note: and you shall not fear: Again the next day after John stood, and two of his disciples [Andrew & Nicodemus who became two of Jesus’ chosen twelve]; And looking upon Jesus as he walked, he saith, Behold the Lamb of God! And the two disciples heard him speak, and they followed Jesus.^1(35-37)

● John 14(25-29): These things have I spoken unto you, being yet present with you. But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you. Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid. Ye have heard how I said unto you, I go away, and come again unto you. If ye loved me, ye would rejoice, because I said, I go unto the Father: for my Father is greater than I. And now I have told you before it come to pass, that, when it is come to pass, ye might believe.

Note: The World Book Encyclopedia - 1961: SUNDIAL is the oldest known device for the measurement of time. It is based on the fact that the shadow of an object will move from one side of the object to the other as the sun moves from east to west during the day. The sundial is believed to have been used in Babylon at least as early as 2000 B.C. The earliest description of a sundial comes from Berossus, a Chaldean astronomer who lived about 300 B.C. Note: There are those who believe that there is a conflict between Genesis Chapter 1 (verses 24-31) and Genesis Chapter 2 (verses 7-8 & 18-25). Since I know that the Gospel of John contains the true End and that the End once unsealed reveals the Beginning, I know for a fact that no conflict exists. According to Genesis Chapters 1-5, God created the animals first and then God created man. This is the record which God had Moses write. Those who see a conflict are the ones who do not know who God is. Therefore, all they will see in Chapter 1 is that God created the animals and then man and in Chapter 2 God created man and then the animals. The following will not only open their eyes to the truth but also their understanding.

● Genesis 1(24-31): And God said, Let the earth bring forth the living creature after his kind, cattle, and creeping thing, and beast of the earth after his kind: and it was so. *And God made the beast of the earth after his kind, and cattle after their kind, and every thing that creepeth upon the earth after his kind: and God saw that it was good. **And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth. My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me: And I give unto them eternal life; *and they shall never perish*, neither shall any man pluck them out of my hand. ● John 12(37-41): But though he had done so many miracles before them, yet they believed not on him: That the saying of Esaias the prophet might be fulfilled, which he spake, Lord, who hath believed our report? and to whom hath the arm of the Lord been revealed? Therefore they could not believe, because that Esaias said again, He hath blinded their eyes, and hardened their heart; that they should not see with their eyes, nor understand with their heart, and be converted, and I should heal them. These things said Esaias, when he saw his glory, and spake of him.
